Luke practices in the areas of land use, real estate, water rights, and municipal law. He graduated from Gonzaga University School of Law in 2021. During law school Luke served as a judicial extern for Justice Debra L. Stephens on the Washington State Supreme Court and was Editor-in-Chief of the Gonzaga Journal of International Law.

Luke grew up in Stanwood and attended Western Washington University. Outside the office Luke enjoys perusing local record stores, watching soccer (go Sounders!), and exploring the beautiful parks, trails, and backroads of Bellingham, Whatcom County, and beyond.
