Attorney Michael T. Kleps has joined Carmichael Clark, P.S. Michael’s practice focuses in the areas of Wills, Trusts, Estates, and Elder Law. He practiced in these areas at his own law firm before joining Carmichael Clark. He enjoys helping individuals work through their estate planning issues to meet their needs and desires, and also represents clients who find themselves in fiduciary roles such as personal representatives, guardians, and trustees. Michael earned his Juris Doctor from Gonzaga University School of Law.
Michael adds more depth to the firm’s existing estate planning practice, especially the tax advice and planning services offered by attorney Tim Potts. Michael’s practice also compliments the firm’s other practices areas, including business and real estate services. And he can provide much needed planning advice to the firm’s existing clients and new clients throughout Whatcom County.
